This New England Patriots fan wore a jersey that others in support of the team will likely agree with.

Roger Goodell may get booed out of every NFL Draft by fans, but if there’s one group of supporters who despise the commissioner the most, it’s those of the New England Patriots. Goodell and the Patriots had a spat that lasted over one year with the infamous Deflategate scandal from the NFL Playoffs in 2015.

Goodell had planned on suspending Tom Brady, who had been alleged to be the main perpetrator, for the first four games of the 2015 season. But at the last second, this would be overturned. This didn’t go away, however, as a judge reversed the ruling and led to the 39-year-old being suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season.

Due to Goodell’s long push and eventual win in the Deflategate saga over Brady and the Patriots, these two sides aren’t the best of friends anymore. The fans of the Foxboro-based team, of course, have taken the side of the Pats, including this one fan that showed up at the Super Bowl in an NSFW jersey about Goodell.

Patriot fans will be in full support of this guy’s jersey, as Goodell isn’t particularly liked by them. His year-plus push on Deflategate angered the organization and the fanbase. It even bothered others, as this story seemed to become a mainstay in sports media.

However, on Feb. 5, things may be coming full circle, if Goodell has to present the Lombardi Trophy to Brady, Bill Belichick, Robert Kraft, and the rest of the Patriot squad. It would make for an unforgettable moment after all the turmoil from the past two years.
