The 2017 NFL Draft will begin on April 27, as the Cleveland Browns will select first overall. Here is our latest 2017 NFL Mock Draft.

The 2017 NFL Draft is right around the corner, and with free agency in full swing, there are plenty of changes in our mock draft this week. The need for a quarterback has subsided for some teams, which in turn gives our first round a brand new look. There is plenty of time left before the Cleveland Browns turn their card in for the first overall pick, so expect each week to bring a change to not only the players picked, but the order in which they are selected.

Here is our latest 2017 NFL Mock Draft.

Myles Garrett

Edge, Texas A&M

While there has been plenty of changes in our mock draft this week, Myles Garrett remains the constant at No. 1 overall. The Cleveland Browns have a nice plan in place to turn around the franchise, and it has already been a very eventful free agency period. Cleveland bolstered their offensive line with the additions of Kevin Zeitler and J.C. Tretter, and have also added a quality wide receiver in Kenny Britt.

The biggest move of the past week was the trade they made to get Brock Osweiler from the Houston Texans. The play for Osweiler was basically a draft pick grab, as there appears to be no intention of making him the long-term solution at the quarterback position. The Browns also said goodbye to Robert Griffin III, whose run with the team lasted only five games during the 2016 NFL season.

The addition of Garrett instantly makes them better up front, which is an area where they were an absolute joke in 2016. Garrett is the best overall player in this draft class, and he made that clear with an incredible NFL Scouting Combine performance. Cleveland is going to be a lot better next season, and with two picks in the top 12 this April, the 2017 NFL Draft will serve as a building block to the next era of Browns football.
