Dirk Nowitzki got a potato in the mail from a fan on Wednesday morning. Frank Kaminsky got a potato, too, but he probably made it himself.

If a guy is seven feet tall, he’s got a great chance of playing in the NBA. Apparently, he’s got a great chance of getting a fan-decorated potato in the mail.

Dallas Mavericks center Dirk Nowitzki appreciated the potato he got in the mail from a fan on Wednesday. Charlotte Hornets center Frank Kaminsky received one, too. However, he’s probably just trolling Nowitzki and made it himself.

Overall, it’s a really good looking potato adorned with a great picture of Kaminsky looking presumably confused over a call. Kaminsky is a master of sarcasm, using a printer and potato art.

This is the former 2015 National Player of the Year in the NCAA. Like with his 2014-15 Wisconsin Badgers, Kaminsky finishes runner-up, but this time with potato art. Then again, do we really know if Nowitzki has any potato art skills up his sleeves?

Kaminsky has a long way to go before he becomes as good of an NBA player as Nowitzki. He’ll have to master the step-back, one-footed fadeaway and play in two NBA Finals to get there, but he does have time on his side. Kaminsky is still in his mid-20s while Nowitzki is in his late-30s.

So Nowitzki and Kaminsky now have fan potatoes? Does that mean Mason Plumlee, Jusuf Nurkic, or Andrew Bogut are getting fan potatoes, too? Odds are that the buck stops with Kaminsky, but get ready for Nurkic to get one. Portland is a weird place, but totally in a good way. Somebody will have the time to get Nurkic a potato. Maybe it will help lift the Portland Trail Blazers to the Western Conference Playoffs.
