One of the biggest spectacles of being a WWE superstar is their entrance music, including the 10 best themes currently in use.

When you attend a WWE event, whether it be a TV taping, pay-per-view, or just a live event, you hear a lot of sounds throughout the night. But you always look forward to hearing the theme song that introduces your favorite WWE superstar.

With WrestleMania 33 looming around the corner on April 2, it’s time to take a look at some of the best entrance themes in all of WWE. We’ll cover WWE, NXT, and even one or two from 205 Live! on the WWE Network.

You can feel it in your bones when the music hits and they make their way down the ramp. You cheer or boo accordingly, and if you’re like me — I mean, OTHER WWE fans — you end up with the song stuck in your head and you sing it in the car on the way home. Either way, it’s just a fun experience. It’s akin to a rock concert, with the music bringing in these larger-than-life athletes.

The question now is simple. What makes an entrance theme great? Does the superstar make the theme better, or does the music lead the charge? Over the next few slides, we’ll take a look at a personal opinion of some of the top themes currently used in WWE. And for the record, these are in no particular order.

Now there are some that will miss the list and we’ll throw them into an “Honorable Mention” pile at the end, so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, plenty of work went into compiling this list. Personal opinion and a little help from social media helped put this together, so sit back and enjoy the ride!

AJ Styles

Up first on the list would be that of “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles. The master of the Styles Clash brings a wealth of international experience to WWE. He’s been everywhere and has been championship-caliber on every stop of his journey.

We first heard this power track when he made his debut at last year’s Royal Rumble event. As Michael Cole excitedly described, the “hottest free agent in sports entertainment” had made his way to the main stage known as WWE. Everybody waited with anticipation as what sounded like a southern Baptist opening paved the way for Styles to explode onto the scene.

The repetitive chorus of “They don’t want none…” rings true as very few have the capability to stand toe-to-toe with Styles on his best of nights. The lyrics match up with his Georgia drawl; it’s a perfect fit and it compliments his personality to the core.

AJ is one of the absolute most gifted athletes anywhere, and hearing his music hit the arena speakers makes it that much more enjoyable when he comes through the curtain. For as much experience as he has, you’ll be seeing AJ for years to come with WWE.
