Are you thinking about subscribing to MLB.TV? We have everything you need to know about the official MLB streaming service.

If you want access to every Major League Baseball game during the 2017 season, then MLB.TV might be the perfect service for you. Bear in mind, though, that MLB.TV is not free.

Every out of market game could be at your fingertips with MLB.TV and you can either watch the games live or save them for after work and watch them on demand, choosing either the local or visiting broadcast coverage. MLB.TV is available on supported devices like iPhones and iPads, Android devices, Roku, Apple TV, and Google Chromecast.

There are three tiers of service you can choose from, each with a different price point. All plans include a subscription to the At Bat Premium app, DVR, and the ability to watch multiple games at the same time. However, in-market games are not included, nor are nationally televised games.

MLB.TV Premium is available in a yearly option that takes you from Spring Training through October and will cost a flat fee of $112.99. If you’re not sure you want to commit to a yearlong (read: season long) fee, they do offer a monthly option for $24.99 every month from the start of the season (April 2) through October.

There is also a single team option where you can follow your favorite team in out of market games for $87.49 per year (season). You can add other teams to your single team plan for an additional fee.

MLB.TV is a great option for fans on the go, but if you’re looking to watch games broadcast on national television you’ll need another plan. Opening Day games, for example, are broadcast on ESPN and will not be available on MLB.TV.
