The Georgia Bulldogs will hold their annual G-Day spring game on Saturday afternoon. Here is how to watch it online via live streaming.
It’s Saturday in Athens! Okay, it’s not fall yet, but this is as close as it gets for Dawg Nation in showing their support for the Red and Black of the Georgia Bulldogs. Expect Sanford Stadium to be rocking to brim, as Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart will try to make G-Day synonymous with 93K-Day once again.
Georgia will play its annual G-Day spring game on Saturday, April 22. Kickoff from Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia will be at 2:00 p.m. ET. The SEC Network will have the national telecast of the glorified scrimmage. WatchESPN and FuboTV will have the available live streams of the Bulldogs’ spring game.
2017 is an important year for the Georgia program. This is the second year of the Smart era in Athens. Smart took over for Mark Richt last fall and went 8-5 (4-4) in his first season coaching his alma mater.
Year two for a head coach at a blue-blood program like Georgia tells you everything you need to know. Georgia recruits itself, so if Smart is going to be the real deal in Athens, the Bulldogs will need to compete for the SEC East crown this fall. The fall schedule is not brutal, so a 10-win campaign is definitely on the table, including a bowl game.

Georgia should have an elite running game with tailbacks like Nick Chubb and Sony Michel. Jacob Eason will have to fend off Jake Fromm for starting quarterback. The tight ends should be tremendous, as should be the Georgia pass rush.

However, the offensive line, receiving corps and special teams look to be shaky at best for the Bulldogs program. How Georgia plays in its spring game on Saturday will tell us a lot about the status of Smart’s team heading into this fall.
