The Boston Celtics took the floor for warmups prior to Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. They look awfully sluggish, to say the least.

If there’s a will, there’s a way. In regards to the Boston Celtics, there is absolutely no will at this point. After getting humiliated in the first two games at home, the Celtics took the floor in Cleveland as if they just returned from a funeral. It seems like it’s only a matter of time until the Cavaliers sweep the Celtics in route to their third-straight Finals appearance.

Tom Withers from the Associated Press caught footage of the Celtics walking on the floor in Cleveland:

This entire series, frankly, has been unwatchable to this point — the most recent showing included a 46-point loss in Game 2. That loss in Game 2 was the biggest margin of victory ever in a Conference Finals game. If this series hasn’t gone bad enough, Boston’s best player, Isaiah Thomas, will miss the rest of the series due to a hip injury.  Without Thomas on the floor, young guards Marcus Smart and Terry Rozier will get extended minutes.

The good news for the Celtics is their future looks extremely bright. Boston holds the first overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft and max cap space this offseason. The Celtics are a prime landing spot for Gordon Hayward. While Boston isn’t on the Cavs level yet, the Celtics could be the next up and coming dynasty in the NBA.

The Celtics enter Game 3 as 17-point road underdogs. Despite having a better regular season record than the Cavs, Boston has been completely outmanned and outgunned in this series. Game 3 takes place Sunday night at 8:30 p.m. EST on TNT. If the Celtics couldn’t find a way to win at home, well it looks like their luck has run out this postseason.
