Better Call Saul season 3 is heating up in a big way and things are about to combust, but is there a new episode tonight, Monday, May 29?

Fans are most definitely in the thralls of Better Call Saul season 3. To this point, it’s been a hugely rewarding season of the show as things are progressing at what feels like a rapid pace. Between the whole dramatic situation between Jimmy and Chuck to many other things, big changes are occurring. As the end of the third season nears, fans are pining for the next development.

The biggest reason why there’s so much excitement is that Saul himself is finally on Better Call Saul. Obviously we knew that Jimmy would become the man we knew from Breaking Bad. However, what we didn’t know is how he came about. As it turns out, he was the repressed dark side, the trickster lying beneath the surface of Jimmy McGill. Now he’s out as Jimmy is suspended from the bar.

There’s more than that going on, however. After all, the entirety of the drug cartel business pre-Walter White is all starting to take shape. With Gus Fring looking to become a bigger player and the Salamanca family having their way, things are about to get dicey. It feels like that situation could blow up at any second on Better Call Saul.

With the parts now moving faster than before, season 3 has only a few more episodes remaining. But Monday, May 29 is Memorial Day and big shows such as this often take a hiatus because of that. With that in mind, is Better Call Saul new tonight, May 29?

Unfortunately, Better Call Saul isn’t new, as the show is taking a week off. However, it will return next week (on Monday, June 5) with episode 8. It’ll be a long wait, but it’ll surely be worth it given what could be in store at the season’s end.
