In the team’s first home game ever in the Stanley Cup Finals, Predators fans didn’t hold back from their tradition, and let Matt Murray hear it in Game 3.

It’s a given that the Nashville Predators fans will bust out their “It’s all your fault” chant whenever their team scores a goal in order to troll the other team’s goalie, so it’s no surprise the tradition got some air time on the league’s biggest stage.

In Game 3, the Predators scored four unanswered goals after falling behind 1-0 in the first period, and even scored their first two just 42 seconds apart. Four goals gives Nashville fans the chance plenty of opportunities to showcase their solid tradition.

After the team scored their first goal, they didn’t even have the time to bust out the chant because the second goal followed the first so quick. But the fans took advantage of the free time between the next few to get a few chants in, all starting with the chanting of “Murray”, for Pittsburgh Penguins goalie Matt Murray.

The chants ranged throughout the night, with “Murray”, “You suck” and “Let’s go Preds” all starting the occasion, but they all ended per usual.

The crowd, arguably the loudest it’s ever been considering the huge stage of the Stanley Cup Finals, really let Murray have it, and all chanted “It’s all your fault” in unison.

The tradition is one of many for the Predators fans, just like the now infamous catfish throwing, that even Titans players have joined in on throughout the last few weeks of their postseason run. Now, let’s just hope Game 4 isn’t the last game in Nashville in this series, just so we can hopefully hear a few more of these chants throughout some more games in the Bridgestone Arena.
