Preview and predictions for the 2017 WWE Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view.

On Sunday night, the WWE Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view will take place. It’s Raw’s final show before SummerSlam, which is a joint event. That doesn’t make this Dallas, TX PPV a throwaway, however, with big matches set.

The main event will see Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe for the WWE Universal Championship. It will be Joe’s first title match on the main roster, as well as Lesnar’s first championship defense since winning at WrestleMania 33.

Six other matches will join Lesnar vs. Joe. Who will walk out of them a winner?

Enzo Amore vs. Big Cass

The most personal feud of WWE Great Balls of Fire may be the shortest match of them all. It will see Enzo Amore and Big Cass, for the first time, face each other in a ring. Cass turned on Amore, revealing himself as the latter’s mystery attacker.

As Cass said in the promos, he’s the money man of the two. The size and look are there, along with the in-ring ability. Promos may be a work in progress, but there’s plenty to like in him.

For Amore, he’s arguably WWE’s best talker. Everything else leaves much to be desired, however, including his size and wrestling skills. That leaves an unknown future for him beyond this match.

So why will this match be short? Well, based on Cass’ promos and how these two have been built since their days in NXT, there’s no reason to believe Amore stands a fighting a chance. This could end in three minutes, maybe as long as five. The 7-footer may even hit one big boot and an Empire Elbow, before getting the quick pin.

Either way, this bout won’t last long, and will be one-sided. Amore will try, but not be able to muster anything close to enough to defeat his former best friend.

Prediction: Big Cass wins
