At the ACC Kickoff on Friday, Miami head coach Mark Richt was tackling the hard-hitting topics … like how to properly eat a sandwich.

As we get set to enter the 2017 college football season, once again it looks as if the ACC Coastal Division is wide open. Of course, one of the teams that some are picking to come away with the crown is none other than the Miami Hurricanes, who are getting set to enter the second year under the direction of head coach Mark Richt.

With the ACC Kickoff happening this week, naturally a lot of attention will be paid to Richt and what he sees as the direction for his Hurricanes team come this fall. He would be flooded with questions that he would need to provide some insight to as he aims to lead Miami to their first appearance in the ACC Championship Game come December.

However, the most important insight that he provided on Friday may have had nothing to do with anything taking place on the football field. No, the most important bit of information given out by Coach Richt was to teach us all how to properly eat a sandwich.

With the media vigorously watching, Richt gave us some insight on how you can throw down a sandwich in just 10 bites, the proper way. He even provided us all with a nice little diagram so we don’t forget!

Now that … that is the information we look for out of these media days! We don’t really care about the Miami quarterback situation or whether or not he believes his team can take down a Florida State or Clemson. No, we all needed to know just how to eat our sandwiches correctly, and Richt provided that service to the masses on Friday.
