During the Thursday festivities at the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con, WWE and Mattel announced a partnership based on a new girls product line with some of WWE’s biggest names in the women’s division.

WWE and Mattel announced a new girls product line for the future at the San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday afternoon.

The new product line will feature the first-ever fashion dolls put into production that will also include some accessories, such as a title belt, Bayley’s famous headband and Sasha Banks’ “BO$$” finger rings.

The 12-inch dolls will be inspired by the likes of The Bella Twins, three-time RAW Women’s Champion Sasha Banks, Natalya, four-time RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair, the first SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, Alicia Fox and Eva Marie.

“The launch of the first-ever WWE girls’ product line is a significant moment in the evolution of not only our female Superstars, but our entire company,” said Stephanie McMahon, WWE Chief Brand Officer, in a press release on Thursday.

“We are honored to partner with Mattel to provide kids with another way to connect with our incredible female performers who inspire confidence and strength.”

The dolls will be up for the pre-ordering process (online only) beginning on July 24 and will be exclusive to Toys “R” Us stores nationwide beginning in September.

“At Mattel, we have a deep understanding of how girls play and are proud to be WWE’s partner in bringing the first ever female Superstar fashion doll line to fans, said Lori Pantel, SVP and GM for Girl’s Toy Box in a press release on Thursday.

“This line shows girls that they too can be a WWE Superstar and fits well within our portfolio of girl’s brands by offering unique doll aesthetics with empowering messages.”

WWE understands that their female demographic continues to grow by the day and reaching into that demo can only mean good things for the company moving forward. The women’s division is as strong as it has ever been these days, so putting these ladies on display can only help the company in the long run.
