Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker James Harrison continues to leave social media in awe with yet another workout video.

In the eyes of most true NFL faithful, James Harrison is a Super Bowl hero and Steelers legend. However, to the newer generation of football fans, Harrison is not human. We live in an age where recruits move trucks to announce commitments and social media is at the forefront of society, Harrison is embracing it all.

The 39-year-old has now regularly begun posting his insane workout routines, leaving the sports world in awe with each and every post. This week’s routine? Casually pushing an 1,800 pound sled. While we take our hats off to Falcons rookie Duke Riley for pulling an SUV, cars have wheels. Harrison pushed around 40 plates on a sled on artificial turf. That’s insane.

Through his use of Instagram, Harrison has shown us all how he exemplifies the term “age is but a number.” Harrison, 39, is preparing for his 15th season (14 with Pittsburgh). The Steelers legend has seen his number of starts dwindle over the last few years, but he still sees action in nearly every game. In fact, Harrison started seven games in 2016 and played in 15. Despite nearing 40, the Steelers linebacker has not yet expressed his desire to hang his cleats up anytime soon.

But when his career is over and the curtain has closed, Harrison wants to be widely remembered for more than just one play. Although his 100-yard interception return for a touchdown in Super Bowl XLIII will always be the highlight of his career to hardcore football fans, Harrison wants to make a name for himself among today’s generation of youth. For those who don’t know him as one of the greatest Steelers to ever step foot on a field, they will know him as the absurd workout specialist.
