Baltimore Ravens running back Kenneth Dixon is likely to miss the entire 2017 NFL season, after having surgery to repair a torn meniscus.

Already looking at serving a suspension for the first four games of the 2017 NFL season, it looks like Baltimore Ravens running back Kenneth Dixon will be out for a bit more time than that. The second-year back tore his meniscus in training camp, and while the team was hoping it would just cause him to miss a few weeks, it appears he will be out the entire season. The team really liked Dixon, who is a strong runner, and had to sign Bobby Rainey to add depth to the position.

Lucky Whitehead was cut by the Dallas Cowboys after being arrested and charged with petty larceny, though the cops had the wrong guy. The Prince William County Police Department said they had charged Whitehead wrongly, and now he is going to have to find a new home. The Cowboys are going to move on from Whitehead, even after the revelation that he did not do it, and he will likely be picked up by one of the other 31 teams in the NFL.

Brandon Lindor is a key to the Jacksonville Jaguars offensive line, and the organization paid him like it on Monday. The Jaguars made Lindor the highest-paid center in the NFL, inking him to a five-year extension. The deal is worth $51.7 million, with $24 million guaranteed, as the Jaguars continue to spend money to try to become relevant in a tough AFC South division this season.

Jourdan Lewis was involved in an altercation back in March with his ex-girlfriend, and had to stand trial on domestic abuse charges. Lewis was found not guilty of those charges on Tuesday, and can now head to training camp. The former Michigan Wolverine missed the first two days of training camp due to trial, and will have to catch up quickly if he wants to land a starting spot in the Cowboys secondary as the team’s third round draft pick.

Finally, it looks like Michael Vick actually did get back into football for the 2017 NFL season. The former Pro Bowl quarterback is in Kansas City Chiefs training camp as a coaching intern, as he looks to spread his wealth of knowledge to younger players. Vick and Chiefs head coach Andy Reid had some great seasons together with the Philadelphia Eagles, where Vick was given a second chance at his NFL career after a prison stint.
