The Indiana Pacers unveiled their new Nike uniforms for the 2017-18 season and they’re really, really sharp.

The Indiana Pacers will enter the 2017-18 NBA season without one of the best players in franchise history in Paul George, meaning no one really knows what we should expect from the former Eastern Conference contenders. However, one of the things that we do know about this Pacers team is that they’re going to be looking mighty sharp on the court.

As the summer rolls along, we’re learning more and more about what the new Nike NBA uniforms are going to look like later this year when the season gets underway. On Friday, it was time for the Pacers to unveil their new threads and they are very well done, if we may say so.

It’s obviously a noticeable difference from what the team has worn in recent years, which can sometimes be a bad thing. But not in the case of the Indiana Pacers here, as the changes were significant, but done rather well to give the organization a new look as they begin the post-Paul George era.

George was a hot commodity this NBA offseason, and the day before free agency began, the Pacers were able to find a new home for him in the form of the Oklahoma City Thunder. There he will team with Russell Westbrook to form a dangerous duo in the tough Western Conference.

It’ll be quite the adjustment for the Pacers this season, as it is for any team that loses their top star. They may slip out of contention in the Eastern Conference, or who knows, maybe bringing back fan-favorite Lance Stephenson will be enough to help this team stay afloat.

As they navigate through the 2017-18 season, though, they’re gonna look damn good doing it, that’s for sure.
