Chris Christie was being teased by a Cubs fan in Milwaukee, he was not happy.

As the Chicago Cubs faced off against the Milwaukee Brewers in a National League Central showdown, Chris Christie was walking to his seat behind home plate, but couldn’t make it without being heckled. The opposing fan was then confronted by the New Jersey Governor.

According to the fan, Christie asked “yeah you’re a big shot” before returning to his seat. Chris Christie had a bowl of nachos in his hand. The confrontation was captured by Ben Hutchison of WISN 12. Hutchison’s tweet with the video has received more than 800 retweets and 1,000 likes in two hours.

Christie gets incredibly close to the fan, their faces were less than a foot apart as he angrily spoke in his face. The Cubs fan took the intensity in stride saying “I appreciate that” as the confrontation closed. Immediately following the tense moment, the Brewers hit a home run.

The reason for Christie’s attendance in Milwaukee was that his son is an employee of the Brewers.

Christie is no stranger to bad receptions. He was recently booed while attending a New York Mets game. The stadium grew annoyed when he caught a foul ball in the stands. This incident occurred on July 18.

In 2012, Christie responded to another heckler while eating ice cream on the Seaside Heights boardwalk. On this occasion, he was being yelled at about his education policy. However, Christie’s message was the same: “You’re a real big shot shooting your mouth off.”
