The Baltimore Ravens are your Super Bowl XLVII champions after holding off the San Francisco 49ers in the last minute in what was a nail biter of a match up. It was an emotional and hard fought victory for the Ravens, who went out to win one for their leader Ray Lewis in the final game of his storied NFL career.

Joy was pouring out all over the field after the win and it gave us another example of why we love sports. The raw emotion that was displayed was the kind of emotion that creates these special moments.

It was a moment to remember for the Ravens organization and their fans.
