Madden predicts the match up between the Vikings and the Packers Thursday night

On Thursday Night Football this week, fans in the upper midwest are in for a treat. The Minnesota Vikings travel to the frozen tundra that is Lambeau Field for a date with the Green Bay Packers. A large rivalry game, and with both teams in the thick of the division standings, it will be a pivotal matchup. Madden 15 is here to shed some light on things.

The Vikings may be without Teddy Bridgewater in this game, despite reports that he could play. On a short week, and with questionable field conditions, the Vikings may look towards the long haul of the season here.

Aaron Rodgers will look to pick up where he left off last week as he diced up the division rival Chicago Bears.

As we do on a weekly basis, Madden 15 is ready to show off its prediction for the Thursday night outcome, let’s check it out:

Although Madden 15 doesn’t see Rodgers needing a big game, it looks like the Packers are expected to dispose of the Vikings on Thursday night. Eddie Lacy finds the end zone again and Matt Asiata is efficient for the Vikings.

I look for this contest to play out very similarly, with a well contested game until the end. That is unless Christian Ponder steps in for the Vikings.
