Bruins’ Milan Lucic Fined $5k For Middle Finger
Milan Lucic fails to bite his tongue (or keep his hands down) during the Bruins-Canadiens game, is fined $5k for it
Milan Lucic of the Boston Bruins became the league’s favorite man to hate during the 2014 Stanley Cup playoffs when he speared Danny Dekeyser’s family jewels, then threated to do some not very nice things to the Montreal Canadiens‘ Dale Weise during the second round post-series handshake.

Seems like Lucic is still the melodramatic a**hole we all know and love to hate; he’s been fined $5,000 for flipping the bird during the Bruins-Canadiens matchup this past Thursday night.
The game was a bit of a blowout for the Montreal franchise, as they took home a 6-4 victory over Boston. Milan didn’t seem particularly enthused about the loss- and decided to flash a choice finger at the Habs fans looking on from the glass.
Lucic has apologized for the incident, as has Bruins head coach Claude Julien. The left wing has said that he’s not proud of what he did, apologizing for letting the Canadiens fans get under his skin.
Julien acknowledged that Lucic’s temper is a bit of a problem, suggesting that it’s particularly difficult to keep the forward’s emotions in check. Between him and Brad Marchand, does any envy Julien his job?
