Tennessee Titans (2-6)

The Titans are always in a state of rebuilding it seems.

Jake Locker has been hurt again, the run game has been inept and the defense inconsistent. We got a look at Zach Mettenberger this past weekend and while he looked shaky, he appears to be no worse than Charlie Whitehurst or Locker.

The problem is, he’s not really better at this point.

There’s no quick fix or easy answer here and the Titans have some real hard decisions to make going into next season.

They just need to survive a brutal schedule after the bye. Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and a surprising Houston team open things up, before the Jets, Giants and Jacksonville ease the pressure a bit.

They end the season against the Colts, which unless something magical happens, will but a button on another disappointing season.
