Woman Gets Brutally Punched In Face On Russian Game Show (Video)
By Josh Hill
Russia is the land of some really weird and often times wrong things, like a woman in a bikini getting punched in the face by some psycho Russian game show contestant.
Usually when you have game show follies, they’re hilarious little moments of Freudian clarity that make up the infomercial air space in the middle of the day on Saturday afternoons. But what occurred on a game show in Russia can only be described as terrifying, brutal and down right wrong.

The game show that resulted in the brutal assault seems to involve nothing more than keeping our hand on a car until everyone else gives up. One woman’s strategy was to show up in a sexy bikini, but it didn’t work on the guy standing next to her.
I don’t know Russian and probably never will, but it doesn’t seem that the woman does or says anything wrong to provoke the attack outside of the fact she’s standing next to a psycho. About :16 into the clip, the woman is thrown to the ground and decked in the face by the knuckledragger standing next to her.
We get it, Russians operate on a different level of existence. This was put on full display to the world when the Sochi Olympics were held and everything from stray dogs to the horrid treatment of homosexuals was brought to light.
This plays into the stereotype that everything about Russia is terrible. It’s a trope that Americans have had embedded into their brains since the Cold War, even if it’s not true. There are a lot of great things about Russia, like Alex Ovechkin, Pussy Riot and Yakov Smirnov — which reminds me to add Smirnoff to the list.
There are a lot of bad things about Russia too like oppression, the culture of violent fear and psychos like this who can beat a woman on live television and have no one around him give an ounce of a f-ck to help her.
