DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville

While Parker hasn’t gotten the same level of hype as Alabama’s Amari Cooper, he might be the best receiver in the 2015 NFL Draft.

At 6-foot-3 and 211 pounds, Parker is big and an athletic freak. He caught just 43 passes for 855 yards and five touchdowns in 2014 thanks to an early season injury, but the guy is a ridiculous athlete who is shooting up draft boards.

Parker’s vertical jump is rumored to be in the 36-inch range, and I expect him to run in the 4.4-range in his 40-yard dash. The 22-year-old’s broad jump and bench press numbers should also be strong. He has an absurd catch radius thanks to long arms and that makes him even more enticing.

Parker is one of the two or three most athletic wideouts in the draft and that will be fully on display in Indianapolis.
