Alvin “Bud” Dupree, OLB, Kentucky

Bud Dupree is a physical specimen and the combine is the perfect venue for him to show off. At 6-foot-4 and 264 pounds, he profiles as an outside linebacker in the NFL, and he should fit perfectly as an edge rusher.

The only word that accurately describes Dupree is “explosive.”

Dupree finished his career with 38 tackles for loss and had 7.5 sacks in 2014. He’s a guy who is fantastic at just getting to ball carriers and hits hard.

According to Dupree, he has posted a vertical of more than 40 inches, a 10-6 broad jump and can squat 550 pounds. That adds up to what should be one heck of a combine workout. Based on what I have seen from Dupree, I have no reason to doubt the veracity of those measurements. He is a serious candidate for the best workout of the 2015 combine.
