Under 10 games to play as we enter the second to last week of the regular season, Golden State entering playoffs on a hot streak.

The NBA season only has a handful of games left in it, and the cream is separating to the top in a way it hasn’t before. Teams trying to make a late playoff push are clawing at the bottom of the standings, while teams atop the conferences are flexing their muscles.

You can doubt the Golden State Warriors if you must, but doubters beware. Another perfect 4-0 week, including impressive wins on the road at both Portland and Memphis in convincing fashion. Meanwhile, Houston has won their last four and is now the Western Conference’s two seed passing sliding Memphis. The Rockets still have a home-and-home left with the defending champion Spurs.

The Los Angeles Clippers have won their last seven, but that is versus NBA bottom feeders for the most part. It gets considerably harder this week for the Clippers with Golden State and Portland. In the East, Kevin Love has another minor back issue, the Bulls are still waiting on Derrick Rose and the Hawks are crawling to the regular season finish line.

Here’s a look at one of the final NBA Power Rankings for the 2014-15 season.
