169. Cameron Payne from Murray State is done with college and entering the 2015 NBA Draft. A solid point guard in college, Payne made his money off of his quick left-handed release and taking advantage of slower perimeter defenders. If he plans on making the transition to the NBA he is going to have to learn how to defend and get his teammates involved. <p>There isn’t a better place than Houston for Payne to end up. He would play behind veteran point guard, Jason Terry who has a very similar play style to Payne. If he takes a few years and develops as a back up, Payne will get a chance to come into his own before Terry retires and be the starter for a Houston Rockets team that has the pieces to win an NBA title now.</p> <p>A perfect fit for both the Rockets and Payne, Houston would be wise to select Cameron Payne 18th overall. </p>.
