Jahlil Okafor got into a altercation in Boston on Wednesday night and it didn’t end well for the other guy

Well, aside from being one of the more promising young stars in the NBA, apparently Jahlil Okafor packs a bit of a punch with him, and there’s evidence of that.

The Philadelphia 76ers and Okafor took on the Boston Celtics Wednesday night, another game that resulted in a loss for the Sixers. But, the real story here is what happened after the game.

Following the loss, Okafor got into a bit of an altercation outside of a bar in Boston.

TMZ

, of course, obtained the footage where you can see Okafor yelling at the man he ended up getting into a fight with on the street, a man whom he eventually ended up knocking out right there in the street.

Now TMZ did speak with a representative of Okafor, who basically said that he was defending himself after feeling threatened. People had started surrounding him on the street outside of the bar and things just escalated from there.

Even with this footage showing what exactly went down in Boston on Wednesday night, there were no arrests made from the incident, so it’s probably unlikely that the 76ers rookie will be reprimanded for what took place.

But, it’s nice to know that if Okafor has to throw down, he can stick up for himself pretty well.
