High Value SG

Gary Harris-Denver Nuggets (4,400): Harris is having a solid rookie season in Denver and continues to get plenty of playing time regardless of matchup or game situation.  Harris has played 30 minutes or more in each of his last six games and has scored in double-digits in all six of those contests with at least 20 fantasy points in three of his last five and a very solid 25.8 fantasy points on Sunday against the Pacers when he scored 20 points to go with four rebounds and two assists.  Harris is a cheap play to look at tonight as he and the Nuggets host the Grizzlies who have been trying to play more up-tempo.

Devin Booker-Phoenix Suns (4,300): Ever since Eric Bledsoe went down with his injury, Booker has become a  regular option in my FanDuel daily picks.  He delivered on Tuesday against the Pacers scoring 32 points to go with two assists and four turnovers.  He has at least 22 fantasy points in five of his last eight games, and he is logging a ton of minutes alongside Brandon Knight as the Suns primary SG.  Look for him to play big minutes again tonight (although maybe not the 40 he played Tuesday).  The Spurs are very good defensively on the perimeter which keeps him from being a five-star play, but he should get enough usage to still be a great value at this price.

Jonathon Simmons-San Antonio Spurs (3,600): Simmons had 14 points on Sunday in the Spurs last game even though he only played 15 minutes.  Tonight, I think he’ll get playing time again with Tony Parker out and garbage time likely available.  When he gets time on the floor he produces good numbers as evidence by his 22.6 fantasy points on three rebounds, two assists, and a steal to go with his 14 points.  He’s a risk since who knows what Pop will do, but Simmons is opening eyes coming off the bench as a classic instant-energy Spurs’ reserve.
