High Value PF

Zach Randolph-Memphis Grizzlies (5,800): Randolph looked like old-school Z-Bo against the Magic on Monday with 18 points and 13 rebounds on his way to 36.25 fantasy points. He is in a good matchup tonight against the Bucks who allow the fourth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PF.  He’s no lock, though, given his struggles prior to his good game against the Magic, and he is still a risky play tonight.

Kenneth Faried-Denver Nuggets (5,700): It’s been a roller-coaster of a year for “the Manimal,” but he looked great last night against the Celtics scoring 15 points to go with 15 rebounds and four assists for a total of 45.25 fantasy points. He has three straight double-doubles when playing his usual minutes and has at least 35 fantasy points in each of those games.  Tonight the Nuggets complete their back-to-back and if he gets the start and plays his typical 24+ minutes he should be able to find success against the Wizards who have been using a lot of small ball and don’t have a great defensive PF.

Derrick Williams-New York Knicks (5,500): Williams is to the point now where he can be considered a solid fantasy option even if Carmelo Anthony does play tonight.  He has back-to-back games with 19 points, double-digit rebounds, and four assists to total 46 fantasy points and 26 fantasy points against the Thunder and the Hornets.  Williams has at least 25 fantasy points in five of his last eight games, and he is worth a look tonight with Melo’s uncertain health. No Melo-∗ With Melo-

Larry Nance Jr.-Los Angeles Lakers (4,700): Nance should return to the starting lineup when he’s healthy after returning from his knee injury and playing 23 minutes on Tuesday.  He only took one shot (and missed) finishing scoreless with seven rebounds.  He has the upside once he gets his job back, but until then he’s risky.
