Kendall Fuller. 31. player. 87.
There really aren’t a lot of holes on the roster of the NFC Champions, the Carolina Panthers. Head coach Ron Rivera and company have built a consistent winner and they even took the giant step forward in 2015 without one of their best offensive players in receiver Kelvin Benjamin.

Offensively with Benjamin returning in 2016 and the emergence of players like Philly Brown as well as the explosiveness of Ted Ginn, Jr. this team will only be better on offense. Just think, that was without even mentioning the star of the team quarterback Cam Newton and his favorite target tight end Greg Olsen.

So with the offense so stacked, the Panthers look to add to their secondary with Virginia Tech’s Kendall Fuller. They add the rookie after seeing veteran Charles Tillman go down with an ACL tear. They were smart enough to have picked up another savvy vet in Cortland Finnegan a few weeks before the injury, but with Tillman set to be 35 and Finnegan 32 next season, it’s time to get some youth to pair with star corner Josh Norman.

A knee injury forced the 6-foot 195-pound Fuller to miss all but three games of his junior season, causing his stock to drop slightly. This ends up being the Panthers gain as they grab a young man who recorded eight interceptions his first two seasons in the NCAA.
. CB. Virginia Tech
