Famed Las Vegas casino Golden Nugget released their win total projections for some of the top NCAA football teams in the 2016 season.

We’re still over three and a half months from the kickoff of the 2016 college football season and the fans of the sport are counting down the seconds until toe meets leather on September 1st. While time passes by ever so slowly, Las Vegas is helping fans by releasing more odds for the upcoming season.

Famed casino Golden Nugget and their sports book released win total odds for teams entering the 2016 season. Four teams are projected to have 10 wins this season, a list that does not include the defending national champion Alabama Crimson Tide (but does include the team that they beat in the title game, the Clemson Tigers).

Below is the list of the 24 teams the Golden Nugget released odds for:

  • 10 wins – Clemson, Florida State, Oklahoma, Tennessee
  • 9.5 wins – Alabama, LSU, Michigan
  • 9 wins – Baylor, Houston, Louisville, Notre Dame, UCLA
  • 8.5 wins – Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, Oregon, TCU
  • 8 wins – Florida, Michigan State, Stanford
  • 7.5 wins – Ole Miss, USC
  • 7 wins – Auburn

The sports book also put odds down for the hometown UNLV Rebels, giving them a over/under of 4.5 wins.

As for the Power Five conferences, Golden Nugget believes that the SEC will be the kings when it comes to win totals with a combined 103.5 wins. They are followed by the Big Ten (97.5), the ACC (96.5), Pac-12 (81.5) and the Big 12 (69.5).

NCAA football fans will get an early idea of how the season will go as eight of the teams listed above play each other in the opening weekend in the first of many marquee games that will help decide the national champion.
