LeBron James schools DeMarre Carroll on slam (Video)

LeBron James takes DeMarre Carroll to school on his hard fake at the three-point line, allowing James to charge to the basket for a powerful one-handed jam.
Part of the reason behind the Toronto Raptors spending a ton of money on free agent small forward DeMarre Carroll was to appropriately contain the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar point forward LeBron James in crucial NBA Playoff games.
In the second quarter of Game 6 between Toronto and Cleveland, James asserted his dominance again on Carroll in the Eastern Conference Finals by completely schooling him on this pump fake and resulting one-handed thunderous jam.
Up 42-33 at the 4:33 mark in the second quarter, James throws out a great pump fake to shake the usually great perimeter defender Carroll for an easy, uncontested thunderous slam. It wasn’t the first monstrous dunk made by James in this potential close out game in Game 6 in Toronto.
With a 14-point lead heading into halftime, James seems to be having one of those games where he completely takes over and forces his team to advance in the postseason.
Should James and his Cleveland teammates be able to hold off Toronto in the second half, it would be the second straight Eastern Conference Championship for the Cavaliers and James’ sixth consecutive trip to the NBA Finals.
Not since Bill Russell and company did it with the Boston Celtics in the 1950s and 1960s has a player completely dominated a conference like James has in the East the last six NBA seasons.
