High Salary C

Brook Lopez, BKN at CHA ($7600): Lopez continues to remain productive as long as he plays, averaging 18.4 points with 5.8 boards, 1.6 assists, 1.6 blocks, 0.8 steals and 2.0 turnovers in the five games since his last rest day. On Tuesday he should be too big and skilled for the Hornets to slow down, as they have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing centers on the season and may be without starting center Cody Zeller (quad). ***

Nikola Vucevic, ORL at HOU ($6900): Vucevic is generally productive but with a lot of volatility to his production, and that volatility seems to be tied to his rebounding. In the last nine games in which he has single-digit boards, he has averaged 26.9 fantasy points, while in the last five where he had double-digit boards he averaged 44.0 fantasy points. His Tuesday opponent, the Rockets, have allowed the ninth-most rebounds to opposing centers and the fourth-most fantasy points to the position overall this season. ***

Mason Plumlee, POR at DAL ($6400): Plumlee has produced between 21.3 and 24.2 fantasy points in three straight games, but before that had been between 30.5 and 44.1 fantasy points in five straight games. He could be poised to bounce back, but he’ll have his work cut out for him against a Mavericks defense that has allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points to opposing centers on the season and held Plumlee to 22.8 fantasy points in their last matchup last Friday. **
High Value C

Clint Capela, HOU vs ORL ($5100): Capela was generally productive in limited minutes in his first weeks back after injury, but in the last two games his minutes have jumped from low-20s to low-30s, and his production has also increased to an average of 31.3 fantasy points in those two games. On Tuesday he’ll face a Magic defense that has allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to centers on the season. ****
