During WrestleMania Axxess on Thursday, a bronze statue was unveiled for “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair.

On Thursday during WrestleMania Axxess in Orlando prior to WrestleMania 33 this weekend, a bronze statue was unveiled for “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair and yes, it was as magnificent as Naitch himself.

WWE’s COO Triple H and his wife, Stephanie McMahon, were both on hand to present Flair his wonderful statue and there was some surprise guests to the party as well.

Legends such as Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Sting and “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels — all men that Flair had some of his best matches ever against — made appearances for the unveiling of Flair’s statue.

You can watch the footage below.

That statue looks like it rides limousines, takes jets when it’s on a flight, steals all of the kisses, and wheels and deals with the best of them.

The thing that makes the statue great other than it being Flair is the hair. Good lord. Flair used to have such luscious hair. When you add in the robe, it’s just perfection. This was The Nature Boy at his very best. This is the version of Flair that should have a statue.

Plus, it was great to see so many big names in the house for Flair’s statue ceremony. Sting’s been a ghost since going into the WWE Hall of Fame last year in Dallas, which makes sense, but he and Flair will forever be intertwined for their classics that helped put The Stinger on the map in World Championship Wrestling. (They had the final match in the history of the company, too.)

This likely won’t be the only time you see Flair in Orlando this weekend. With the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony and NXT TakeOver: Orlando on Saturday night, you’ll see a lot of Naitch this weekend if you’re in Florida.
