Game 6 of the 2017 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals between the Atlanta Hawks and the Washington Wizards will be on Friday. Here is how to watch it online.

Through five games, the best-of-seven series between the Southeast Division rivals Washington Wizards and the Atlanta Hawks has not disappointed. It’s been an evenly matched series between the No. 4 and No. 5 teams in the East. The home team has won all five games in this series. Washington has a 3-2 series leading heading into Game 6 on Friday night in Atlanta.

With their backs against the wall facing elimination, expect Atlanta to play a strong Game 6 to force a Game 7 in Washington. Frankly, it would be the kind of drama we’d need in the first round. Many thought Washington would win this series in five games. It would be a shame if it didn’t go to a win-or-go-home Game 7.

This series has unfolded nicely for the television viewer at home. We’ve become accustomed to both Scott Brooks and Mike Budenholzer trotting out the same starting fives in each contest. For Washington, look for John Wall at point guard, Bradley Beal at shooting guard, Otto Porter Jr. at small forward, Markieff Morris at power forward and Marcin Gortat at center.

Bojan Bogdanovic gave the Wizards some bite out on the wing coming off the bench. Brooks won’t want to start Bogdanovic over Porter at the three, but he will need to figure out a way to get any sort of production off the Wizards bench in Atlanta. Washington has been particularly dreadful with its non-starters in Atlanta.

Look for Budenholzer to start Dennis Schroder at point guard, Tim Hardaway Jr. at shooting guard, Taurean Prince at small forward, Paul Millsap at power forward and Dwight Howard at center. With Atlanta facing elimination, there is no conceivable way that Budenholzer would start anybody else unless he has to deal with an unforeseen injury to own of his starting five before tipoff.
