The annual Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal has been announced, and the all-star lineup includes Jerry Seinfeld, Kevin Hart and many more.

From July 12 to 31, the Just for Laughs Festival takes place in Montreal, Canada. Now in its 35th year, the festival always features the hottest comedians of the era, performing for eager audiences for more than two weeks.

In an official press release announcing the lineup, the Just for Laughs festival unveiled an enviable all-star lineup that includes Jerry Seinfeld and Gad Elmaleh (who will be co-headlining the event), Kevin Hart, Trevor Noah, Judd Apatow, Ali Wong, Laverne Cox, Sugar Sammy, Rick Mercer, David Spade, Howie Mandel, Danny McBride and the cast of Vice Principals, and John Mulaney.

Of particular note is the Laverne Cox gala. The Orange is the New Black star will be appearing at the festival for the first time. And, per the press release, Montreal has been Ground Zero for emerging comedy talent for more than two decades, so this just might be where Cox breaks out into the mainstream.

"“Emmy-Award-nominee, Laverne Cox didn’t have any problem standing out in the cast of Netlfix’s Orange is the New Black. That’s not the last time she’ll shine as part of an ensemble of super talented performers as we’re welcoming Laverne to Montreal as the host of her own gala! She will channel her years of hosting reality television on VH1 when she hosts The Laverne Cox Gala, a multi-comic line-up of some of the best stand-up comedians in the world on Saturday, July 29, 9:45 pm at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier at Place des Arts.”"
