Some of them are cooler than others, but giving all 16 drivers chasing the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series championship is still a good idea.

NASCAR has been at the forefront of social media and big time sports pretty much from the start, and it definitely makes a big effort to keep fans engaged on Twitter. For the first ever NASCAR Playoffs, stock car’s sanctioning body is taking things to the next level.

Specifically, NASCAR and Twitter have teamed up to give all 16 drivers still in contention for the 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series championship their own custom hashtags and emojis for the playoffs. All of them were unveiled today, and you can check them out in the video below.

Here’s a quick list of all 16 driver hashtags in numerical order:

  • Jamie McMurray: #TeamJMac
  • Brad Keselowski: #GoingFor2
  • Austin Dillon: #AD3
  • Kevin Harvick: #4TheCup
  • Kasey Kahne: #TeamKahne
  • Denny Hamlin: #DennyDelivers
  • Ricky Stenhouse Jr.: #17in17
  • Kyle Busch: #Rowdy18
  • Matt Kenseth: #teaMKenseth
  • Ryan Blaney: #Blaney
  • Chase Elliott: #2the4ront
  • Ryan Newman: #B31ieve
  • Kurt Busch: #KB41
  • Kyle Larson: #TeamLarson
  • Jimmie Johnson: #Chasing8
  • Martin Truex Jr.: #TruexJr

They definitely run the gamut in terms of creativity, from the barest of bones in the case of Truex to emojis that incorporate the home states of the drivers like Newman and Larson to the sponsor-centric choices of Keselowski, Hamlin and Newman.

In any case, it’s definitely a fun promotion, one that some of the drivers have already weighed in on themselves — via Twitter, of course.
