2. There’s no way TCU can stop all of Oklahoma State’s weapons

Usually, when a defense in college football is able to slow down an offense, it’s because they can take away some of the skill-position weapons. Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is the best at this: I’ll take away your best option and beat me with options B, C and D.

On this Oklahoma State offense, who do you take away, if you’re Gary Patterson and TCU? There are four different receivers that have at least 11 catches so far this season. James Washington, Marcell Aternan, Jalen McCleskey and Dillon Stoner have been great weapons for Rudolph.

Those four players have also combined for 10 of the 11 touchdowns that the Cowboys have scored this season. So how does TCU stop all four of those guys? Rudolph will be able to find one of these guys open at any given time.

Patterson and TCU haven’t played this explosive of an offense yet this season and while there are some playmakers on defense, there isn’t enough to stop the Cowboys this weekend. This doesn’t even begin to take into account the running game — just the passing attack from Rudolph to his wideouts.
