What time will Target be opening on Black Friday?
Black Friday is an unofficial American holiday. It might not be an official one, but lining up ultra early and threatening to beat someone up over a television is a proud tradition. One of the best places to go to for deals on the first day of the Christmas shopping season is Target.
It’s one of the nation’s largest retail stores, with over 1,800 stores nationwide. Quietly, it’s rising in the ranks, competing heavily with even the king of retail, Walmart. You can find just about anything there, as they offer things like clothes, groceries, home necessities, electronics, and even video games.
Target has some of the best Black Friday deals around. Their deals actually start on 6:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, which is when the store will open. A majority of their specials will be offered online as well. So if you don’t want to deal with the harsh crowds, that’s probably the best way to avoid them.
Their deals include women’s sweaters starting at $10, men’s graphic tees from $8 up, women’s boots starting at $15, and men’s sweaters from $15 up. They also offer up to 50 percent off certain video games. For the new XBox, they’re offering $90 off, plus a free $25 gift card.
However, if you’re looking for the new Nintendo Switch, as usual, Nintendo is very slow to offer discounts. They cost $299.99, but some of their games will be on sale. For the Playstation 4 console, it’s usually $299. But at Target, it will be just $199.99.
The deals are already underway at your local store. So it’s probably best to get what you need to get done online. Avoid the crowds, and most of the doorbusters are likely out of the picture by early on Friday anyway. Whatever you do on Black Friday, make sure it’s an enjoyable day.
