Rob Johnson Division

25. Nick Foles (Prev: 25)

Foles was solid against the Giants on Sunday, helping the Eagles move to 12-2 and clinch a first-round bye. The stats aren’t incredible (24-of-38 for 237 yards, albeit with four touchdowns) but Foles only has to be good for Philadelphia to thrive.

24. Blake Bortles (Prev: 26)

Bortles has been great the past three games. So why isn’t he higher on the list? Because three games don’t erase a horrid start to the year, let alone last year’s meltdown. If the Jaguars even get average play from Bortles, they’re a Super Bowl contender.

23. Joe Flacco (Prev: 22)

Flacco threw for 288 yards and a touchdown against the listless Browns on Sunday, getting Baltimore to 8-6 on the year. Still, Flacco has 2,701 yards with 14 touchdowns against 12 interceptions on the year, to go with a grotesque 5.82 yards per attempt.

22. Jameis Winston (Prev: 24)

Winston was terrific against the Falcons, perhaps his best game of the season. When he avoids turnovers, he can be one of the best quarterbacks in football. Hopefully he builds off this.
