Performing the national anthem at the Super Bowl is an honor, and prior to kickoff of Super Bowl LII, one of the top performers in the world will sing it.

Singing the national anthem prior to the Super Bowl is big business, as it is usually watched by over 100 million people. For years, some of the biggest stars in music have performed the song, and it is one of the more anticipated renditions of the year. Last year, Luke Bryan of Country Music did the honors, and in 2018, one major pop star will be on full display in front of the fans inside U.S. Bank Stadium.

That star will be P!nk, who is making her first Super Bowl appearance. The 38-year old singer will be in Minnesota for her current tour, so making a quick pit stop to sing in front of millions of fans will be no big deal. P!nk sings with incredible passion, so you can be sure that she is going to give it her all when she takes the stage on February 4.

While P!nk will do the honors before the game, fellow pop star Justin Timberlake will take the stage during the Pepsi Halftime Show. The appearance will be Timberlake’s third at the Super Bowl, and nobody can forget the “wardrobe malfunction” Janet Jackson suffered during their performance back in 2004. He also appeared with NYSYNC back in 2001, so he is no stranger to taking the stage at half time of the biggest sporting event of the year.

Next: Jaguars' run, Vikings' miracle and Pats' dominance

Pink is no stranger to sports, as she is married to motocross star Carey Hart. The singer is also from Pennsylvania, so maybe she is hoping the Eagles can beat the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Championship Game. She is one of the biggest entertainers in the world, and she is certainly going to do a great job singing the anthem prior to kickoff.
