FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – January 28, 2018
High Value SF
Denzel Valentine, CHI vs MIL ($4,600): Valentine has been over value in five of his last six. He had 23.8 fantasy points against the Bucks on Dec. 26. He needs 19.2 fantasy points to hit value on Sunday. I like the way he’s played recently, this is a good matchup, and his low salary means he should be over value. ****
Darius Miller, NO vs LAC ($3,900): Miller has been over value in four of his last five. I like him for the same reasons that I like Valentine. He should see an increase in usage with DeMarcus Cousins out, possibly being featured in some small ball lineups. He got good minutes with Cousins in the lineup and should see more minutes without Cousins. ****
Robert Covington, PHI at OKC ($6,300): Covington struggled against the Spurs, posting 16.9 fantasy points in that contest. I don’t expect him to struggle against the Thunder. With Andre Roberson out, the Thunder defense is bound to struggle. That means Covington will see a lot of good looks in the Philadelphia offense, likely pushing 30 fantasy points. ****
Kyle Anderson, SA vs SAC ($5,900): Anderson missed value against the Sixers, posting 11.3 fantasy points in that contest. Expect him to bounce back in this one given the matchup. He had 27.4 fantasy points against the Kings on Jan. 8. That number would put him nicely over value on Sunday. He should get you 25-plus fantasy points. ***
