High Value SG

Gary Harris, DEN vs OKC ($6,600): You can take your pick between Harris and Will Barton, who can be had for the same price. Barton has played better in recent contests, but Harris has been more consistent this season. I’m more partial to Harris myself, but I can’t exactly make a case against Barton. Both players should see plenty of good looks from deep given the number of three-point opportunities the Thunder give up. Harris is the better shooter from deep, which is why I like him more on Thursday. ****

Malcolm Brogdon, MIL at MIN ($5,400): Brogdon has been hit-and-miss in his last three games. He had 15.1 and 15.8 fantasy points against the Heat and Sixers, but managed 46.8 fantasy points against the Suns. No Eric Bledsoe should be big things for the value on Brogdon. He’ll see an increase in opportunities and is good enough to capitalize on them. He had 24.5 fantasy points in 26 minutes against the Timberwolves on Dec. 28. He should be over 25 fantasy points on Thursday. ****

Wayne Selden, MEM at DET ($3,600): Tyreke Evans is being held out of the lineup until he’s traded, which means Selden should be in for big nights in the future. He had 36.8 fantasy points on Wednesday against the Pacers. At this price, he can easily exceed value on a nightly basis. I don’t know if he’ll continue to produce at the level he did on Tuesday, but he’ll certainly get the opportunity to do so without Evans in the lineup. *****
