We’re thinking you’re not going to memorize the stage lengths for every race all season long, so you might want to bookmark this page for down the road.

Last season brought a seismic change to NASCAR races with the introduction of stage racing and the points implications that brought with it. This year? Not nearly as much is different.

In fact, as NASCAR revealed the stage lengths for all three of its major touring series, the striking thing about them is that they didn’t change at all for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. There was absolutely no tinkering by the sanctioning body, with the only question mark the stages at the Charlotte Motor Speedway “Roval,” which is being used for the first time in the Cup Series this fall.

The XFINITY Series sees some small changes to stage lengths for the Phoenix and Dover races, and Las Vegas had to set lengths for the fall Truck Series for the first time. Other than that, it’s business as usual, if by usual you mean based on just one season of racing.

Without further ado, here are the stage lengths for every track on all three series for 2018.
