High Value SG

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, LAL at DAL ($5,300): The addition of Isaiah Thomas likely moves Josh Hart to the bench, but should not cut into Caldwell-Pope’s value. In fact, it could help him as he’s a more dangerous scorer than Hart. If Thomas can draw in the defense and find Caldwell-Pope, the Lakers guard could benefit from even more open looks. He’s been fairly reliable all season, hitting value 70 percent of games. He should be over value once more on Saturday. ***

J.J. Redick, PHI vs LAC ($5,400): The Sixers may as well had the night off on Friday as they blew out the Pelicans. Redick contributed **.* fantasy points in that contest. The Clippers had a much tougher time against the Pistons and they’re traveling from the west coast. Philadelphia should be the fresher of the two teams, which bodes well for Redick’s value on Saturday. He struggled against his former team on Nov. 13, posting 18.4 fantasy points in that contest. Don’t expect him to shoot as bad on Saturday. He’ll be over 25 fantasy points against Los Angeles. ****

Danny Green, SA at GS ($4,500): If you’re looking for a low salary option to help you grab another star, Green is easy to fit into your lineup. With the Spurs missing some of their better backcourt options, Green will likely see more opportunities than usual in the San Antonio offense. He’s been over value in four straight. He had 22.6 fantasy points against the Warriors on Nov. 2. Needing only 18.3 fantasy points to reach value, Green should give you 20-plus fantasy points and save you some cash in the process. ***
