High Salary SF

LeBron James, CLE at BOS ($11,500): James had 61.9 fantasy points against the Hawks on Friday. The new faces should re-energize LeBron on Sunday. The matchup against the Celtics will help that energy. There are concerns as to how the Cavaliers will gel in their first game together, but we know James is going to do everything in his power to carry the franchise forward. He’s the most reliable option on Cleveland on he’ll provide another strong performance against Boston. *****

Jimmy Butler, MIN vs SAC ($10,400): Butler salary has jumped by over $1,000 since the start of the week. And for good reason. He’s been over 50 fantasy points in his last three games, including a 64.9 fantasy point effort against the Bulls on Friday. He had 54.9 fantasy points against the Kings on Dec. 14. Even if he doesn’t score 30 points in his fourth straight game, he’ll have a solid scoring night to go along with his usual effort in other offensive categories and on the defensive end. He’ll pick up value at minimum. ****

Paul George, OKC vs MEM ($9,000): George had 47.3 fantasy points against the Lakers on Friday. He’s been over value in three straight. If Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony are out once again, that means George remains the top option. Even if Anthony is back, George would be the top option. He’s played well in recent contests and the circumstances may dictate another big game for him. He needs 38.3 fantasy points to reach value on Sunday. He’ll be over 40 fantasy points if the Thunder are healthy. He’ll push 50 fantasy points if they aren’t. *****
