High Salary C

Karl-Anthony Towns, MIN vs CHI ($9,700): For the first time in a long time, Towns struggled against the Rockets, failing to crack 40 fantasy points on Friday. He had 29 fantasy points against the Bulls on Feb. 9. If Butler is out, that should mean more opportunities for Towns. That wasn’t exactly the case when Butler missed time in January, but given the matchup, it should definitely be part of Minnesota’s strategy on Saturday. The Bulls are 22nd against the position in their last 15 games. Look for Towns to bounce back with a good performance on Saturday. ****

Rudy Gobert, UTA vs DAL ($8,000): Gobert had 46.3 fantasy points against the Trail Blazers on Friday. The Mavericks looked like a team ready to give up on the season on Friday, which doesn’t give me a lot of confidence in how they’ll perform on Saturday. They rank 28th against the position in their last 15 games. Gobert had a monster 61.4 fantasy point effort against the Mavericks back in October. That game is rather meaningless, but it does show the damage he can do against this team. Expect him to do plenty of damage on Saturday. *****

Steven Adams, OKC at GS ($7,000): The Warriors are tenth against the position in their last 15 games. That said, Adams is a killer on the glass and his offensive rebounding and putbacks make up the bulk of his value. He’s averaging 32.2 fantasy points in two games against the Warriors this season. He needs 31.5 fantasy points to reach value on Saturday. He’ll put up his usual scoring and rebounding numbers unless the Warriors figure out a way to contain him. ***
