FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 29, 2018
High Value SG
Marcus Smart, BOS vs CHA ($4,800): Smart has been over value in all three games since returning from injury after the All-Star break. He’s become to top option off the bench, pushing Terry Rozier back down the depth chart. His salary has actually dropped, which is good news for players on Wednesday. He needs 19.3 fantasy points to reach value. He should be over 20 fantasy points once again as he chips in with assists, some points, and a defensive play or two. ***
Wesley Matthews, DAL vs OKC ($4,700): The Thunder are 27th against the position in their last 15 games. Matthews is coming off a 24.9 fantasy point effort against the Pacers on Monday. He had 22 fantasy points in each of the last two games against the Thunder. That number would put him four fantasy points over value on Wednesday. He should be slightly over value given the Thunder defense. ***
Danny Green, SA vs NO ($4,400): Nothing but low cost options at shooting guard for Wednesday. Either spend money at this position and save on better value options at other positions or save money here and fit Anthony Davis or James Harden into your lineup. Green has been over value in three straight. He came off the bench against the Cavaliers, posting 28.6 fantasy points in that contest. He should get some good looks from three and if he continues his hot streak, he’ll knock them down. There matchup dictates he’ll at least be over value. ***
