High Value C

Enes Kanter, NY at POR ($6,500): Kanter had 39.7 fantasy points in 22 minutes against the Kings on Sunday. He’ll also produce as long as he gets minuses, but he’s played less than 25 minutes in four of his last five games. He didn’t play many minutes against the Trail Blazers as a member of the Thunder last season. He needs 29.3 fantasy points to hit value on Tuesday. Like other value centers, his lack of guaranteed minutes makes him a risky play on Tuesday. **

Jonas Valanciunas, TOR vs ATL ($6,400): Valanciunas played 30 minutes against the Hornets due to the matchup against Dwight Howard. The Hawks don’t have a throwback player in the style of Howard, which means minutes might be tough to come by for the Raptors center. That said, he had 47.1 fantasy points in 24 minutes against the Raptors on Jan. 24. He’ll post big numbers for as long as he plays, but the lack of playing time and a higher salary that I’d like makes him a tougher sell than usual. **

Jarrett Allen, BKN at GS ($5,300): Allen played only 17 minutes against the Clippers, posting 11.6 fantasy points. With the Warriors playing small more often than not, Allen’s minutes should be up. He needs 23.9 fantasy points to hit value on Tuesday. Due to the unknown surrounding his minutes, he has to be considered a risk in this one. No one on the Nets is likely to have a great game against a locked in Warriors squad, but Allen’s rebounding and effort could put him around value if he gets enough minutes. **
