High Value SG

Khris Middleton, MIL vs HOU ($6,600): Middleton has missed value in four of his last five and is coming off a 15.5 fantasy point performance against the Pacers. As a result of that game, his salary has dropped below the average. He’s too good of a player and too big a part of the Bucks offense to continue along this path. He’s shot poorly, but the Rockets are 25th against the position in their last 15 games and on a back-to-back. Proceed with caution due to his recent play, but there are a lot of things working in Middleton’s favor on Wednesday. ***

Bogdan Bogdanovic, SAC vs NO ($5,800): Bogdanovic has been over value in five of his last six. He’s been a strong play since February as the Kings present more opportunities to their younger guys. The Pelicans are on a back-to-back and rank 23rd against the position in their last 15 games. Furthermore, Anthony Davis might be out of the lineup. And if he’s not there, the Pelicans are pretty much sunk. Bogdanovic should have another game over value and likely over 30 fantasy points. ****

Rodney Hood, CLE at DEN ($5,300): Hood had 14.6 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Saturday and has been more miss than hit with the Cavaliers thus far. That said, his best games have come as a starter. If he starts again on Wednesday, he’ll be over value. He typically plays around 30 minutes, but being a starter means playing next to LeBron James. That’s rarely hurt the value of a player. ***
