High Value SF

Harrison Barnes, DAL at SAC ($6,400): Barnes has been over value in his last two and four of his last five. He needs 27.2 fantasy points to reach value on Tuesday. He had 30 fantasy points against the Kings on Feb. 13. The matchup is good and Barnes continue to play a big role in the Mavericks offense. He should score at least 20 points, throw in a handful of rebounds, and a couple of assists and he’ll be around 30 fantasy points once again. ***

Kelly Oubre Jr., WAS vs SA ($5,200): After hitting value in three straight, Oubre Jr. finished under value on Sunday, contributing 22 fantasy points. His salary has dipped to where he needs 22.1 fantasy points to reach value on Tuesday. He had 42.7 fantasy points against the Spurs a week ago. The Spurs typically take away the top option, which means guys like Oubre become extra important off the bench. He should be around 25 fantasy points in this one. ***

E’Twaun Moore, NO vs POR ($4,800): The Blazers are 15th against the position in their last 15 games. Moore has been over value in seven of his last eight. His one miss was when the Pelicans played their third game in as many nights, so fatigue could have been the reason for a below average night. The Pelicans have had a couple of days off now and Moore should be ready to go on Tuesday. He should get you at least the 20.4 fantasy points he needs for value. ***
